About the role

  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue growth targets.

  • Ensure a world-class digital experience with measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
  • Design, implement, and measure multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Optimize marketing performance through analytics, insights, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Drive a global content strategy that reinforces thought leadership, showcases client success, and highlights Testronic’s value proposition.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content: case studies, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and more.
  • Define and implement internal and external communications strategies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement.
  • Lead Testronic’s global Events & Awards program, ensuring impactful industry presence.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, positioning Testronic as a leader in gaming services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, campaigns, performance marketing, and content management.
  • Experience managing teams and agencies in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally, background in the video games industry or adjacent technology/entertainment sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinker with proven ability to translate vision into action.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on business growth and performance.
