About the role
- Lead the strategy, vision, and execution of Eight Sleep’s multi-platform social presence.
- Define and own channel-specific social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, emerging platforms).
- Build and grow community, transforming followers into advocates and customers into superfans.
- Collaborate with in-house designers, editors, and external creators/partners to set a high creative bar.
- Integrate organic and paid strategies to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Track, analyze, and report on channel performance; iterate for impact.
- Stay ahead of trends and cultural moments; test new formats and translate brand priorities into social storytelling.
- Work closely with brand marketing, growth, and product teams to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of social media strategy experience.
- Proven track record of growing audiences, engagement, and brand relevance across multiple channels.
- Strong creative instincts with ability to brief, critique, and guide visually premium, socially native content.
- Deep understanding of platform nuances, cultural trends, and the evolving digital landscape.
- Experience leading a team and collaborating across functions.
- Data-driven mindset: skilled at analyzing performance and translating insights into action.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to connect brand, culture, and community.
- High-energy, resourceful, and obsessed with results.
