About the role
- Lead the global finance organization supporting the Specialty Products portfolio (US and Europe)
- Serve as a key member of the Specialty Products leadership team, working closely with the VSL and PMT to develop and execute business strategy and financial plan
- Maintain robust controls and financial reporting
- Collaborate with business leaders to focus on key profit drivers and execute actions for financial success
- Champion long-term financial planning and develop business cases for M&A and major investments
- Mentor and align a global finance team on a shared vision
- Enhance financial controls through frameworks, monitoring, and compliance
- Coordinate communication for planning and forecasting to ensure timely and accurate results
- Mature key finance processes and standardize practices to boost efficiency and forecast accuracy
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and business cases to support VSL and finance leadership decision-making
- Support business travel up to 25%
- Work flexibly across time zones and locations including U.K., Germany, the Philippines, Phoenix, and Colorado Springs
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics
- 10+ years of Finance experience, including leadership roles (Controller, FPA)
- MBA or CPA (preferred)
- Proficiency in HFM/OneStream (preferred)
- Microsoft Office experience
- Manufacturing industry experience (preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future; company will not offer immigration sponsorship
- Company will not seek an export authorization for this role

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Schedule flexibility to support a global role
