About the role
- Establish, grow and manage investment relationships with ultra-high net worth clients
- Implement and oversee investment solutions and provide advice on markets and actionable investment ideas
- Cultivate trusting relationships with existing clients and bring in new clients/investment relationships
- Build and manage a successful practice centered on deepening relationships and cross-marketing opportunities
- Combine knowledge of traditional and alternative investments with wealth planning and private banking services
- Work across currencies, asset classes, markets and jurisdictions
- Engage and advise clients on brokerage activity and execute trades seamlessly
- Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Leverage existing client relationships, local network and internal partners to introduce new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage client-facing communication and relationship strategy
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience
- Extensive experience in providing investment advice and solutions
- Experience implementing and overseeing investment solutions
- CFA, MBA degree or other advanced degree a plus
- US Only: S7, S66 (or 63 & 65) & S31; Securities Industry Exam (SIE) is a prerequisite to the S7
- Bachelor's/University degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate internally and externally
- Demonstrated advanced judgment and in-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis skills
- Entrepreneurial, capable of bringing in new clients/investment relationships
- Collaborative and team oriented; able to leverage internal partners
- Ability to work across currencies, asset classes, markets and jurisdictions
- Experience engaging and advising clients on brokerage activity and executing trades
