About the role

  • Enable client-facing Wealth Management associates to provide objective, comprehensive advice aligned with clients' long-term interests
  • Engage in planning, one-on-one and group coaching with advisors and collaborative interaction with clients
  • Build and maintain close relationships with client-facing Wealth Management associates
  • Coach and motivate associates to meet clients' comprehensive goals and identify productivity enhancements/best practices
  • Collaborate with client-facing leaders to develop coaching plans that support client-centric, comprehensive sales practices
  • Educate and coach associates on TIAA’s solutions and tools within TIAA’s Client Engagement Model
  • Participate as keynote speaker at client seminars and join client meetings to coach/show-coach associates
  • Act as subject matter expert in financial planning and demonstrate advanced proficiency in client lifecycle management to support associates
  • Support wealth market leaders to drive results through comprehensive planning, financial solutions, coaching, skill development, and practice management

Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred
  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
  • FINRA Registrations: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required
  • Subject matter expert in financial planning concepts and advanced proficiency in client lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and educate client-facing Wealth Management associates
  • Experience collaborating with leaders to develop coaching plans and influence behaviors
  • Ability to present as keynote speaker and participate in client meetings for show-coaching
