Drive Profitable Sales Growth aligned with the Business Unit’s Strategic Plan
Accountable for Sales growth and Operating Profit of Strategic Accounts in the Midwest and Northeast U.S.
Develop and implement transformative strategic account plans and execute day-to-day sales growth plans
Work with GM, Personal Care and be accountable to deliver results for the Health & Beauty Solutions (HBS) team
Coach, mentor, manage and hold accountable internal and external commercial team members
Lead and influence indirect reports across Manufacturing/Operations, Customer Service, Technical Services, Field Services, R&D, Finance, HR and Supply Chain
Create structured long-term partnerships with major personal care/skincare companies to sell ingredients
Collaborate with R&D and customers to develop new products and conduct Voice of Customer processes
Develop and document business cases to justify R&D and capital investments; act as gatekeeper in NPD process
Build a robust Sales Opportunity Pipeline delivering double-digit sales growth and manage in SalesForce
Establish supply and distributor contracts with incentives for sales growth and minimize product liability exposure
Deliver sales forecast accuracy (within +5%) and support demand planning and capacity planning
Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and manage VOC metrics (On Time delivery, Complaint Resolution Time, Survey feedback, NPD sales growth)
Manage Product Compliance & Product Stewardship records for strategic accounts
Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety compliance and establish robust Safety Culture with Zero Injuries & Zero Environmental Releases
Support and achieve Operational Excellence and Lean goals using Gemba, 5S, Lean Events, Kanban, VOC, Standard Work and Quality Management System
Work with technical team to develop and commercialize new technologies to satisfy customer needs
Extensive travel and regional/international customer engagement
Requirements
Fifteen (15) or more years of general management, sales and/or business development experience in a Consumer related business
Beauty and Skincare category experience is a critical pre-requisite
Transformational leadership skills and ability to inspire and lead a team
Bias for action and achievement; willingness to be held personally accountable for team performance
Superb communication, presentation, contract negotiation and influencing skills (written and verbal)
Ability to drive complex processes to successful outcomes
Read, write, speak and understand English
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Business, Marketing or a Technical Field related to a Household and/or Personal Care consumer related business (required)
Advanced degrees considered a significant added capability
Experience managing a multi-disciplined team and demonstrated track record of sales and profitability growth
Team player able to work with all company levels to align strategies and develop solutions
Strong personal values, unassailable integrity and a significant moral compass/code of personal ethics
Above average intellectual abilities, high energy level, results oriented, high self-confidence

Extensive travel 35%-50% of time (regional and some international)
Must have a valid driver’s license and U.S. passport
Experience with SalesForce software system (managing data in real time for transparency and prioritization)
