• The VP will oversee approximately $270M of sales in NA
• The VP will establish and build a strong relationship within their team.
• The VP will be responsible for engaging, motivating and inspiring their team through effective and continuous communication, coaching, training and skill development.
• The VP will be ultimately responsible for achieving strong Voice of Customer (VOC) that will lead to increased innovation and sales for strategic accounts.
