About the role
- Support international growth and drive commercial momentum as a Business Development Associate
- Work closely with the International Account Executive and cross-functional teams
- Develop trusted relationships with international channel partners and gather end-user insights
- Engage directly with end users to support demos and engagements
- Represent Rowden at meetings, events, and industry forums
- Work with Account Executives to shape the sales pipeline and track progress through the CRM
- Support preparation of marketing materials, customer-facing content, and tailored demos
- Coordinate contracts for new orders and ensure timely execution
- Oversee order fulfilment with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate across engineering, legal, and delivery teams for seamless execution
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting to ensure visibility and momentum
Requirements
- 1–5 years of career experience
- Strong technical aptitude and desire to understand technical products in depth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Disciplined, organised, and highly accountable for executing effectively
- Willing to travel regularly
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (desirable)
- Military background or experience selling into defence/government (desirable)
