Head of Creative

SDET

• Provide support across all aspects of software, integration and system testing within a defined project or product scope whilst aligning to business-wide strategy, planning, execution, process, and tools.
• Champion and improve best practices to enhance testing strategies and quality across products and projects, particularly where they require higher levels of assurance or present greater risk.
• Integrate seamlessly into development teams, actively engaging in agile ceremonies and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and testable.
• Influence test strategy across complex, multi-disciplinary products, including those involving hardware, distributed, connected and embedded systems.
• Design, execute, and manage test plans and test cases, including defect triage and comprehensive reporting of testing outcomes.
• Support the adoption and evolution of automated testing, ensuring automation is embedded in project delivery and that scripting (e.g., Python, bash, Kotlin) is used effectively to support robust, scalable test solutions.
• Provide support through acceptance, release, and deployment phases, acting as a trusted adviser to ensure seamless delivery and successful outcomes.

Senior Software Test Engineer

• Plan and execute multi-leg international/domestic travel, including visas, clearances, and contingency planning.

Infrastructure Engineer

• Manage and optimise hybrid infrastructure spanning AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.
• Support Linux-based environments, virtual machines, and containerised workloads.
• Develop and maintain reusable configuration templates. Promote consistency and repeatability across environments by automating provisioning, updates, and scaling of systems.
• Maintain core business infrastructure, including racks, switches, servers, and storage.
• Act as the link between IT and Platform Engineering, standardising infrastructure management and operational practices.
• Serve as an escalation point for infrastructure-related requests, guiding and mentoring IT Support colleagues.
• Help to administer M365, Atlassian, GitHub, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure systems are fully documented, risk assessed, and all relevant assurance testing is completed correctly.

• Debugging complex issues such as concurrency problems, memory leaks, and system crashes to maintain system stability and robustness.
• Writing clean, maintainable code across a range of programming languages and environments, depending on the needs of each product or project.
• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, automated tests and performance tests, to validate system behaviour and resilience.
