Sales Engineer

• Plan and execute field demonstrations, manage loan systems, and represent the company at industry conferences and customer events
• Work closely with customers to understand technical needs, design tailored solutions, and provide training on product usage and integration
• Support deployment, post-implementation, and technical skill improvement for customers
• Help qualify, pursue, and close complex sales opportunities by showcasing technical expertise
• Engage with customers, follow up on leads, and build lasting relationships
• Stay up to date with product developments, contribute to customer proposals, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Operations to ensure seamless solution implementation

Technical Sales Engineer

Compliance

• Boost engineering capacity within the radar team and focus on safety and certification
• Pick up ongoing certifications (e.g., US certificates for MAX) and military standards for IRIS; initiate upcoming certifications
• Assess product changes for compliance impact and make plans to ensure future compliance
• Plan and execute pre-compliance and (re)certification tests (internal and external)
• Manage and mature internal pre-compliance testing capabilities
• Translate norms into tests and interpret results to provide product improvement advice
• Identify regulatory compliance requirements during project conceptual phase
• Generate means of compliance, project certification basis, safety assessments, and regulatory materials
• Identify appropriate certification paths with foreign regulatory agencies
• Keep current product certificates up-to-date with laws and regulations
• Compose and update test plans for STANAG, EN-NEN, and FCC approval processes
• Mature internal test capabilities (electrical safety, EMI/EMC)

Certification and Compliance Engineer

QA Engineer

• Take ownership of quality control and actively monitor processes to ensure high standards
• Monitor and support all progress and processes of the Quality Management System
• Report on insights and trends from the Quality Management System
• Ensure proper documentation of (improved) processes and work instructions
• Oversee and support the quality of procured products through incoming goods inspection and supplier quality improvement projects
• Support supplier audits and the selection and qualification of suppliers
• Review technical product documentation to ensure Critical To Quality information is included
• Perform root cause analysis and spearhead supplier quality improvement initiatives
