About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with worldwide clients, turning them into loyal Robin Radar ambassadors.
  • Listen to existing accounts' needs and anticipate internally and externally on all required actions.
  • Follow up on enquiries for existing customers and future clients with support from the tender, technical sales, and radar specialist teams.
  • Translate customer wishes into realistic and compelling solutions; negotiate and close.
  • Generate sales by growing current business and closing new and renewal contracts.
  • Establish account plans and execute them.
  • Support pipeline growth and drive opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Manage new leads and tenders in close alignment with your direct supervisor.
  • Reach and exceed targets.
  • Liaise internally with all relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Robin Radar at exhibitions and conferences, actively promoting the brand in the civil aviation segment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree (BA, MSc, or MBA).
  • 10+ years of experience in complex, international or multicultural sales environments.
  • Proven track record with long-cycle, solution-based selling, complex tenders, and pipeline management.
  • Experience in the aviation segment is a strong asset.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills — you listen first, then act with conviction.
  • A team player who can also work independently; assertive and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to travel internationally.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up where things change quickly and ownership is expected.
