About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads (email, calls) from MQL to SQL through HubSpot, allocating them to the right Account Manager or Business Developer.
  • Support Account Managers with repeat orders, after-sales offers, and Purchase Order processing. Working closely with Finance, Legal, and Export Control.
  • Keep the HubSpot pipeline clean and current: updating customer profiles, contact details, and interaction logs together with the responsible AM/BD.
  • Pull and analyze sales metrics from HubSpot, flag gaps, and follow up with the team to keep data accurate.
  • Drive sales tool and process improvements, including exploring AI-supported automation for sales, contracts, and PO confirmation.
  • Produce standard sales documentation, proposals, service agreements, NDAs, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing material.
  • Monitor and forecast key account metrics, sales results, and customer profitability, supporting the team in hitting annual targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/MSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in international sales or account management (sales, account management, product marketing), ideally within a Defense & Security environment; a Military or Public Safety background is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with inbound sales, pipeline management, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect across cultures and backgrounds.
  • A team player who also gets things done independently.
  • Genuine interest in (radar) technology; no engineering degree needed, but you can understand it and explain it to others.
  • Business-level English (written, verbal, presentation); other languages are a plus.
