About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the legal industry.\n

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.\n
  • 10 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive revenue growth.\n
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and uncertainties.\n
  • Experience with CRM software, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.\n
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally to congresses and events as required.\n
  • Proven sales leadership experience in building high performing teams - preferably in the legal or legal support services industry.\n
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the legal sector.\n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\n
  • Track record of creating sales strategies that deliver consistent results.\n
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – ability to create new strategies, build market share, and consistently grow the customer base.\n
  • Ability to work independently and in leading a remote team.
