• Support the Chief Operating Officers of the Law Firm and Legal Solutions divisions to optimize time, meetings, priorities, and projects.

• The WC Paralegal will be responsible for maintaining client files (electronic/paper) including employment records, claim file records, medical bills and numerous medical records
• Prepare discovery requests and responses, and other pleadings; file/e-file pleadings with courts and/or serve on appropriate parties
• Schedule events (hearings, depositions, medical evaluations, attorney conferences, client meetings, court reporters, interpreters)
• Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial/hearing materials; draft pre-trial memos and mediation materials
• Provide substantive administrative support to attorneys and maintain an accurate calendar by docketing deadlines
