• Prepare forms, letters, documents, and correspondence for attorney review
• Work on Deferred Action cases including preparation and filing of applications and petitions
• Maintain extensive communication with clients to provide case status and outstanding customer service
• Oversee case status using case management systems (CLIO and Airtable) and make regular updates
• Complete assignments and communicate case status to the Immigration Supervisors/Legal Supervisor
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative concerning case assignments
• Participate in case review, analysis, client-relationship management, and case management tasks
