About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of existing German-speaking clients as primary point of contact

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2) required for daily client communication
  • Minimum B2 English proficiency for internal collaboration and training
  • Proven background in sales or account management with track record of achieving/exceeding targets
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and persuasive style
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to propose creative solutions
  • Solid understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and the digital media landscape
  • Ability to build trust, understand client needs, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM system
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
