About the role

  • Drive new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospects, industries, and opportunities for growth.
  • Perform outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and secure appointments.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting (a strong plus).
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM or tracking tools.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development or in a similar sales-focused role.
  • Solid background in sales and marketing, with B2B experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with North American clients is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
