About the role

  • Full-cycle Senior AE responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, emails, events, and other channels.
  • Network and qualify potential customers and partnerships; conduct thorough research to understand needs and pain points.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Teamwork.com solutions and demonstrate how they can solve current challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Partnership teams to develop and execute outbound sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Continuously learn about products, industry trends, and competitive landscape; provide feedback to product development and marketing teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with sales best practices and techniques to enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales in a SaaS or B2B industry.
  • Mid-Market Sales experience (I.e. 30 - 60 day sales cycles) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Must be based in Denver and be in-office two days per week (hybrid).
