About the role
- Grow sales pipeline and new revenues for service provider products through demand generation campaigns including webinars, collateral, promotions, field events, digital marketing, and sales outreach.
- Adapt RingCentral campaigns for our partners and manage execution through their marketing teams.
- Drive marketing commitments from our partners through detailed marketing plans that deliver tangible returns in lead and opportunity generation.
- Enable RingCentral sales teams to conduct cross-country product training on sales best practices and playbooks.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and extended RingCentral Marketing team to provide updates on latest offerings, promotions, activities, and trends.
- Adapt RingCentral content for service provider-specific offers.
- Conduct customer and market research and provide input to product teams for new feature development.
- Allocate marketing development funds and maintain responsibility to justify return on investments.
- Work with partners to understand their marketing needs and galvanize their marketing efforts to promote RingCentral’s portfolio.
- Create compelling propositions, thought leadership and product marketing collaterals to build awareness in the country with/through partners.
- Build strong working relationships with our partners across segments and regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian region with main focus on UCaaS and CCaaS
- Experience marketing SaaS or cloud services
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strategic alliance experience in partner marketing - diving deep into developing key accounts
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Solid project management capability
- Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to travel across Australia. If based in Sydney, 20-30% travel.
