As an SDR for Astute Payroll by Deel, break into the UK staffing and temporary recruitment market, building relationships across multiple contacts and levels.
Collaborate with broader sales and leadership teams, conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads, and qualify leads by understanding tech stacks and future projects.
Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating opportunities with net-new accounts via targeted outreach.
Learn from experienced sales team and assist in developing sector knowledge of staffing solutions.
Educate and nurture leads via phone, email, events, webinars, and campaigns.
Develop understanding of lead generation processes, support marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and facilitate handoff to Account Executive.
Create email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts effectively.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully set.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar (hunter) outbound commercial role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
Capable of working autonomously and sourcing solutions independently.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools is a plus.
