We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Renewals Manager to oversee the customer contract renewal process, maximize retention, and support revenue growth.
Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop the Renewals team, ensuring alignment with company goals and achievement of performance targets.
Individual Contribution: Own and execute renewals within assigned territories, directly engaging with customers to close deals.
Manage the Renewals Process: Oversee the end-to-end contract renewal lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Retention & Upsell Opportunities: Identify expansion and upsell opportunities, working with Account Managers and Customer Success to maximize account value.
Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate renewal forecasts, track renewal KPIs (renewal rates, churn, expansion revenue), and report regularly to leadership.
Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to streamline renewals, resolve escalations, and ensure seamless contract execution.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve renewal strategies, tools, and team workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and finalize renewal contracts in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience is a plus, not a must — ideally 5+ years in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales, with some leadership exposure.
Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Smart, eager, and proactive learner with the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) — required for managing a diverse customer base.
Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analyzing data for decision-making.
