About the role

  • Build and Scale Agency Partnerships: Develop and execute scalable programs—events, enablement initiatives, and community-building efforts—that strengthen our relationships with growth agencies and increase their revenue impact.
  • Drive Net-New Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners aligned with Attentive’s customer base, creating a diverse and high-performing partner ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to align strategies, influence roadmaps, and deliver joint go-to-market initiatives that accelerate growth.
  • Coach and Develop Talent: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Agency Partner Managers and the Agency Success team, building a high-performance culture and ensuring the team consistently exceeds targets.
  • Be the Voice of the Agency Ecosystem: Advocate for and promote our partners externally in the marketing ecosystem. Advocate internally for agency partners by surfacing market insights and feedback, ensuring our partner program and product evolve with their needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in agency partnerships, business development, or sales within Martech or adjacent industries with leadership experience managing a team.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling agency ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, industry trends, and the evolving agency landscape.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for turning insights into scalable programs.
