• Act as the senior Attentive leader in Australia, taking full ownership of the region’s commercial performance, market presence and strategic direction
• Operate with a regional leader mindset, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and operational improvements across the entire APAC operation, not just sales

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise-level new logos

• Maintain a deep understanding of Attentive’s solution and be able to articulate its value to partners and their customers
• Build and manage a tactical plan with a specific portfolio of partners
• Own relationships at all levels of partner organizations with the goal of driving as much qualified business as possible into Attentive’s sales pipeline
• Proactively source and support co-selling opportunities with partners
• Provide agency partners with ongoing sales and product enablement training
• Work with corresponding Sales team members assigned to partner sourced opportunities to ensure seamless co-selling and accurate tracking

Solutions Engineer

• Identify solutions for the customer to ensure their success within the Attentive ecosystem, accounting for their tech stack and level of exposure across Attentive offerings
• Advise and assist with integrations with other martech systems and data management platforms, ensuring they are receiving maximum value from their entire tech stack, including Attentive
• Translate customer requests into business and functional requirements, captured in Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Propose product enhancements and features to meet customer needs, and work with Product team to advocate for new feature development

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for Enterprise customers launching SMS, Email (Triggered + Campaign), and other Attentive platform features
• Own complex email migrations and greenfield launches, including multi-brand, multi-region, and custom data integrations
• Develop tailored launch strategies by deeply understanding customer goals, technical environments, and timelines
• Serve as the primary project owner, coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams to deliver on-time, high-quality launches
• Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Deliverability, Product, and Engineering to drive successful implementations
• Act as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to customers during onboarding

Account Manager

• Lead the development and execution of an international partnership strategy, conducting market sizing and prioritization of partner segments to drive revenue in new geos outside of the Americas
• Identify, proactively engage, and onboard high-caliber Technology and Agency partners that align with our target market and business objectives
• Implement tactics to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, ensuring partnerships are a scalable extension of our internal Sales and GTM teams. Specific experience scaling partnerships in the Enterprise market segment is preferred
• Partner closely with the Americas Partner team, Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align partner feedback with our GTM and product initiatives and develop partner-specific enablement materials
