About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and execution of an international partnership strategy, conducting market sizing and prioritization of partner segments to drive revenue in new geos outside of the Americas
  • Identify, proactively engage, and onboard high-caliber Technology and Agency partners that align with our target market and business objectives
  • Implement tactics to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, ensuring partnerships are a scalable extension of our internal Sales and GTM teams. Specific experience scaling partnerships in the Enterprise market segment is preferred
  • Partner closely with the Americas Partner team, Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align partner feedback with our GTM and product initiatives and develop partner-specific enablement materials
  • Act as an executive point of contact for strategic partners, modeling best practices for partner management and operational excellence
  • Build and mentor a high-performing international partnerships team, defining OKRs and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales within the Martech or e-commerce landscape
  • Proven track record of navigating complex global markets (EMEA/APAC) and scaling partner ecosystems in diverse business environments
  • Ability to analyze market data, make data-driven decisions, and manage ambiguous initiatives where the strategy may not yet be defined
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization
  • Experience building and leading teams, with a focus on mentorship, coaching, and driving repeatable operational results
  • Comfortable learning new software and understanding complex integrations between SMS, email, and the broader marketing tech stack.
