Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams within the Federal Civilian market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
