About the role

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Flex into other areas to support broader hiring needs as priorities shift.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Director, Talent Acquisition to understand team needs and shape job requirements.
  • Build diverse pipelines using traditional sourcing methods and AI-powered tools to identify and engage top talent.
  • Support implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies that automate tasks and improve productivity; refine workflows, interview practices, and reporting frameworks.
  • Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate journey that reflects company values and employer brand.
  • Report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and execute aggressive hiring roadmap to build high-performing, mission-driven teams.

Requirements

  • 5 – 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, product, or data)
  • Proven success hiring in fast-paced, high-growth environments – ideally in technology or healthcare.
  • Experience using recruiting automation tools and AI-driven sourcing platforms. Greenhouse experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Passion for mission-driven work and a desire to help build teams that make a meaningful impact on business success.
