Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Flex into other areas to support broader hiring needs as priorities shift.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the Director, Talent Acquisition to understand team needs and shape job requirements.
Build diverse pipelines using traditional sourcing methods and AI-powered tools to identify and engage top talent.
Support implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies that automate tasks and improve productivity; refine workflows, interview practices, and reporting frameworks.
Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate journey that reflects company values and employer brand.
Report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and execute aggressive hiring roadmap to build high-performing, mission-driven teams.
Requirements
5 – 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, product, or data)
Proven success hiring in fast-paced, high-growth environments – ideally in technology or healthcare.
Experience using recruiting automation tools and AI-driven sourcing platforms. Greenhouse experience a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike.
