Product Manager

• Be the key in unlocking business opportunities in the convergent world of Open Platform IP Video Management Systems; lead VSaaS (Arcules) product line.
• Own the VSaaS product vision and tie it directly to the company’s strategy; shape a product strategy designed for channel success.
• Keep the roadmap outcome driven, balancing quick wins with strategic bets and driving VSaaS growth.
• Embed AI as a core enabler in the product vision to drive efficiency, differentiation, and customer value.
• Grow and mentor a team of product managers; work side by side with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams.
• Lead by example in an async-first culture: clarity over ceremony, shared documentation over meetings, progress over polish.
• Be the internal and external voice of VSaaS with executives, partners, and customers; work with GTM teams on pricing, packaging, and positioning.
• Make clear and timely decisions in a distributed structure; collaborate across Europe and North America and close the loop asynchronously.
