About the role
- Be the key in unlocking business opportunities in the convergent world of Open Platform IP Video Management Systems; lead VSaaS (Arcules) product line.
- Own the VSaaS product vision and tie it directly to the company’s strategy; shape a product strategy designed for channel success.
- Keep the roadmap outcome driven, balancing quick wins with strategic bets and driving VSaaS growth.
- Embed AI as a core enabler in the product vision to drive efficiency, differentiation, and customer value.
- Grow and mentor a team of product managers; work side by side with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams.
- Lead by example in an async-first culture: clarity over ceremony, shared documentation over meetings, progress over polish.
- Be the internal and external voice of VSaaS with executives, partners, and customers; work with GTM teams on pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Make clear and timely decisions in a distributed structure; collaborate across Europe and North America and close the loop asynchronously.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management in a fast-paced environment, with 5+ years in SaaS product leadership.
- Proven track record in SaaS/cloud-native product delivery that achieved market traction.
- Demonstrated success working with channel partners to grow adoption and scale.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect product direction to business outcomes.
- Skilled in using data and insights to shape product strategy and measure impact.
- Experience building high performing product teams.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in async-first, distributed environments.
- Customer-obsessed, outcome-oriented, and biased toward action.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones (Pacific, Europe, Middle East).
- Experience in combined hardware/software environments.
- Familiarity with channel-driven business models.
- Previous success operating effectively in async-first environments.
- Exposure to lean product practices and rapid experimentation.
