About the role
- Prospect for net new logo accounts and grow existing RingCentral account base
- Meet with existing customers to up-sell and follow up on past engagements
- Evangelize and educate with RingCentral sales team and communicate value to senior-level contacts
- Proactively position value of cloud solutions and RingCentral product offerings
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop Territory, Account, and Opportunity Strategy Plans
- Work with RingCentral resources to develop and position appropriate solutions (RingCentral Office / Call Center, RingCX with RingSense, Contact Center, Workforce Optimization)
- Act as a customer advocate within RingCentral and advocate for RingCentral to customers
- Utilize RingCentral sales process to identify, position and manage opportunity lifecycle
- Drive new revenue through customer acquisition in designated territory and named accounts
- Own funnel, pipeline, forecasting and GTM strategy for assigned patch
- Partner with regional VARs to identify and deliver new customers
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate agreements to close deals
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Preferably 3-5 years of solid b2b sales experience
- Proven record of success for sales to large corporate accounts with longer sales cycles
- Experience in value based selling and ROI creation
- 5 years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony)
- Extensive Call Center/Contact Center Experience
- Demonstrated sales record of obtaining / exceeding quota
- Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process
- Success prospecting, engaging, acquiring net new logos
- Prospecting for NET new logo accounts and growing existing RingCentral account base within assigned territory

- Experience developing & positioning RingCentral Office / Call Center with Live Reports, RingCX with RingSense, RingCentral Contact Center, RingCentral Workforce Optimization
- Ability to act as a customer advocate within the RingCentral organization
- Utilization of RingCentral sales process for identification, positioning and lifecycle management of opportunities
- Driving new revenue through customer acquisition in designated territory and named accounts

- Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling
