About the role
- Meet partners face-to-face, deepen connections consultatively, and create opportunities for shared success
- Manage and develop a high volume portfolio of EA accounts approx. 120 branches (85-90% account management and 5-10% new business)
- Approach challenging conversations with confidence and empathy
- Use performance data and market trends to guide decisions and highlight growth opportunities
- Create account plans, deliver presentations, and run performance reviews
- Resolve queries quickly and effectively
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth account management, accurate billing, and clear reporting
- Spot opportunities for bespoke campaigns and new tools and share ideas
- Report into the Area Director and collaborate with other Account Managers
Requirements
- Face-to-face sales experience in B2B
- Experience managing accounts and growing revenue
- Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Ability to analyse performance and spot trends
- Organisational skills and curiosity
- Resilience in challenging situations
- Consultative selling skills
- Willingness to work in field across RH1, RH15, TN1, RH4 postcodes in Surrey, Sussex and Kent
