Manage all B2B sales activities within a specific territory
Regular consultative contact with every account to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales
Build a business relationship with customers around Henry Schein offerings
Achieve quarterly and annual gross profit goals; coordinate team selling
Develop and increase Merchandise, Equipment, and Service Sales in defined territory; face-to-face consultative contact with every customer and regular reviews
Seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media
Plan and implement strategies using company programs and tools to increase market share in Merchandise, Equipment, Service and Henry Schein Solutions
Use CMS, CRM, and predictive sales tools
Attend sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training, and industry events
Travel within territory as required
Requirements
At least 2 years prior sales experience (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline (preferred)
Professional selling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Proficient computer software skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail
Project management skills
Travel extensively within a specific geographic territory assignment
