About the role

  • Manage all B2B sales activities within a specific territory
  • Regular consultative contact with every account to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales
  • Build a business relationship with customers around Henry Schein offerings
  • Achieve quarterly and annual gross profit goals; coordinate team selling
  • Develop and increase Merchandise, Equipment, and Service Sales in defined territory; face-to-face consultative contact with every customer and regular reviews
  • Seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Plan and implement strategies using company programs and tools to increase market share in Merchandise, Equipment, Service and Henry Schein Solutions
  • Use CMS, CRM, and predictive sales tools
  • Attend sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training, and industry events
  • Travel within territory as required

Requirements

  • At least 2 years prior sales experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline (preferred)
  • Professional selling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Proficient computer software skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Project management skills
  • Travel extensively within a specific geographic territory assignment
