About the role
- Design, launch, and scale repeatable outbound sales strategies for marketing services and talent marketplace.
- Identify target markets, define and refine ICP and outbound playbook, and develop a pipeline of high-value target accounts.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to secure prospect meetings and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Leverage personal rolodex to drive high-quality conversations and close new accounts.
- Partner with Marketing and Client Services to align messaging, collateral, case studies, and demand creation.
- Own forecasting, reporting, and outbound performance metrics in partnership with leadership and finance.
- Collaborate with Project Strategy and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize lifetime client value.
- Provide structured feedback loops to Marketing, Ops, and Leadership on client and prospect needs.
- Test and scale repeatable playbooks that drive predictable pipeline and outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- A rolodex of CEOs, CMOs, and VPs of Marketing that gets us in the room with valuable prospects in the first 60 days.
- Proven track record of building and scaling outbound sales teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and consulting.
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline and closing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Data-driven mindset with strong operational and process discipline.
- Ability to design and implement repeatable frameworks, processes, and KPIs that drive accountability.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Clay).
