About the role
- Manage the partner lifecycle from first activation through expansion and maturity
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with existing partners across the partner ecosystem to drive growth
- Oversee a portfolio of pre-activation and growth agency partners to expand adoption of Further
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to move partner-sourced opportunities down the funnel
- Develop product expertise to act as a trusted advisor representing Further
- Contribute partner feedback, market insights, and ideas to program development and strategy
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in partnerships (agency, channel, or strategic alliances)
- Start-up mentality; comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed work
- Background in sales or customer success with ability to build trust and influence outcomes
- Evidence of successfully moving partnerships or client relationships from 0→1 activation
- Outgoing, personable, and strong presentation and communication skills
- High energy, collaborative, and motivated by working with a team that values kindness and relationships
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the job is located (application asks about work authorization and sponsorship)
- Performance-based bonus of up to 30% of base salary, increasing OTE to approximately $149,000–$169,000
