About the role
- Be the trusted advisor and growth partner for your portfolio of A2Z Events clients
- Manage renewals, focused on driving value through product upsell and cross-sell solutions to help clients boost revenue and streamline operations
- Acquire new customers from marketing and tradeshow leads
- Become a go-to partner for event organizers, turning clients into long-term advocates
- Develop and execute account plans that drive measurable client outcomes and growth
- Work hand-in-hand with Client Services to ensure clients see measurable success throughout their event cycle
- Maintain a disciplined Salesforce pipeline, consistently hit or exceed targets, and contribute directly to Personify’s growth
- Share client feedback to influence our product roadmap and improve the user experience
- Participate in virtual and in-person meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand your book of business
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success (event tech/association experience a plus, not a must!)
- Track record of building strong client relationships and influencing decision-makers
- High accountability and drive to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed your targets
- Salesforce proficiency and ability to maintain accurate customer and pipeline data and reliable forecasts
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in phone, video, and written outreach
- Strategic thinker that uses problem-solving and critical thinking to uncover client needs and deliver solutions
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
