About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies with assigned GSI and consultancy partners to drive mutual revenue growth and market penetration
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner experience and joint customer engagements
  • Create and deliver business cases and proposals demonstrating Udemy's value within partner offerings
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics and provide reporting and insights to optimize program effectiveness
  • Lead joint go-to-market planning, co-selling motions, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives
  • Navigate complex deal structures and contract negotiations to establish partnership agreements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing partner ecosystems and adjacent market segments

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances within the technology or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with Global Systems Integrators or similar technology partners
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding complex B2B sales cycles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets through partnership channels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and time zones
  • Skills in Strategic Alliances, Business Development, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and Negotiation
