About the role
- Drive sales through Partners
- Define and execute business planning with Partners to identify lead generation activities and target account selling activities
- Leverage IFS Academy, Global Alliances team and local resources to enable Partner sales/pre-sales resources to increase close rates
- Engage with Partners for pipeline review, account planning/BVE, onsite sales support, sales coaching
- Develop and review sales proposals with partners
- Strengthen and expand existing partner account relationships to drive profitable revenue growth
- Ensure internal processes adherence (lead registration, forecasting, tracking, KPIs)
- Actively monitor partners business results and recommend improvements to increase market penetration
- Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to advocate for Partners and communicate KPIs
- Conduct ongoing internal/external business reviews to ensure Partners meet established metrics
- Help identify potential areas for Partner recruitment aligned to strategic GTM plan
Requirements
- At least 5 years in software or technology services channel management
- 3+ years of Channel Management experience
- BS/BA degree in with a technical or business focus preferred
- Experienced with channel enablement and business development
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to manage effectively and efficiently multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to influence sales, pre-sales and delivery teams based on partner insights
- Digital minded and tech savvy
- Understanding of partner ecosystems
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written (English)
- Ability to set clear targets and execute plans to achieve those targets
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- $115,000-$150,000 annually + 100% variable compensation
