Account Executive

• Responsible for new client acquisition within a defined list of 20–25 Fortune 500 and Forbes Top Private accounts where Ricoh currently has no business.
• Execute the new business pursuit sales process methodology.
• Independently drive high levels of prospecting activity to identify new engagement opportunities.
• Positively lead and collaborate with SMEs and team‑selling partners.
• Conduct client meetings, executive-level briefings, RFP/RFQ responses, assessments, and value‑proposition presentations.
• Efficiently qualify opportunities and develop proposals that meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Lead pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Propose, sell, and deliver profitable services and client solutions.
• Clearly articulate Ricoh’s industry position and value to the client.
• Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations.
• Utilize Pioneer Process tools and CRM to document all sales data and activities.

Business Development Account Director

• Creates proofs, revises and edits written material as required;

• Updates calendars;

• Get a firsthand look at how traditional print software has evolved into a modern microservices based, serverless, software as a service business model.
• Define market requirements and work with engineering to deliver a solution with a focus on Data Analytics, Dashboards, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Learn how to turn product capabilities into customer value by understanding the customer, the marketplace, Ricoh’s software portfolio, and the competitive landscape.
• Support for production print areas of the market.
• Observe the value of becoming a product and market evangelist.
• Engage with the sales team to educate them about your project and how you’ve solved their customer’s problems.
• Help define the product management requirements in a way that our SaaS software engineering team can effectively solve the customer’s problem.
• Follow the progress of the project as it progresses through an Agile scrum-based development process.
