Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
In‑depth professional expertise in Imaging Science, Image Processing, and Signal Processing, typically acquired through significant industry or research experience
Strong theoretical, conceptual, and applied knowledge within a specialized engineering discipline
Proven ability to lead teams using effective teamwork and group‑dynamics skills
Demonstrated ability to foster a high‑performance team culture and lead by example
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to management and executives
Strong professional networking capabilities within areas of technical expertise.
