Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
  • In‑depth professional expertise in Imaging Science, Image Processing, and Signal Processing, typically acquired through significant industry or research experience
  • Strong theoretical, conceptual, and applied knowledge within a specialized engineering discipline
  • Proven ability to lead teams using effective teamwork and group‑dynamics skills
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a high‑performance team culture and lead by example
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to management and executives
  • Strong professional networking capabilities within areas of technical expertise.
