About the role
- Lead and manage sales operations within the Northeast region for Rhythm
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets
- Expand customer base by leveraging existing relationships in clinics and industry
- Drive a strong, healthy sales pipeline and progress opportunities through the sales continuum
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track pipelines and report progress to Senior Leadership
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align resources for successful market delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience in healthcare
- 5+ years of sales expertise in Cardiology/Electrophysiology, or Cardiac Remote Monitoring Devices (Pacemakers/ICDs/Loop Recorders)
- Consultative sales mindset (not just selling features and benefits)
- Experience with a longer sales cycle
- Strong existing relationships with Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists in the Northeast
- Strong knowledge of cardiology clinics and landscape in the Northeast
- Ability to work autonomously without heavy oversight
- Thrive in a client-facing sales environment with relentless enthusiasm for driving business growth
- Understand the Cardiac Remote Monitoring market and compete confidently against competitors
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines
