About the role
- Lead development and execution of sales enablement strategies, including new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and sales readiness
- Design and launch scalable sales programs to drive adoption of initiatives, tools, and product launches
- Create and maintain playbooks and processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify performance gaps and develop actionable enablement solutions
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Learning & Development to produce content and resources
- Measure and report on impact of enablement programs using KPIs and feedback
- Serve as trusted advisor to sales leadership on team performance and scaling strategy
- Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Programs, or a related field
- At least 2 years in a people leadership role
- Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs for large or fast-growing sales teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Showpad)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Data-driven, outcomes-oriented, proactive
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without authority
