About the role

  • Lead development and execution of sales enablement strategies, including new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and sales readiness
  • Design and launch scalable sales programs to drive adoption of initiatives, tools, and product launches
  • Create and maintain playbooks and processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify performance gaps and develop actionable enablement solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Learning & Development to produce content and resources
  • Measure and report on impact of enablement programs using KPIs and feedback
  • Serve as trusted advisor to sales leadership on team performance and scaling strategy
  • Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Programs, or a related field
  • At least 2 years in a people leadership role
  • Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs for large or fast-growing sales teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Showpad)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Data-driven, outcomes-oriented, proactive
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without authority
