• Own delivery speed and reliability for Rhythm Synergy, a HIPAA-regulated platform supporting >100,000 cardiac patients.
• Lead a six-engineer pod, with room for expansion, and set the engineering bar while shipping multiple times per week.
• Partner with Product and Design on scope and sequencing.
• Review PRs across React frontend and Nest.js backend, both written in TypeScript.
• Write code when it unblocks your team.
• Set backend architecture guardrails, reliability practices, and testing strategy.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and performance manage.
• Introduce AI-assisted development and measure uplift.

Customer Support

• Lead and grow a high-performing team across four functions: Onboarding, Support, Customer Success, and Ongoing Services
• Build and execute a customer experience strategy that increases retention, drives upsells, and creates raving fans
• Own key customer metrics (NPS, retention, time-to-value, support SLAs) and report performance to the executive team

Vice President, Customer Experience

• A Rhythm Remote Device Clinical Triager remotely monitors patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) utilizing Rhythm’s proprietary software.
• This specialist employs knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology and biomedical engineering concepts to assess the technical function of the patient’s CIED, analyze and interpret device and patient diagnostics, and escalate to Remote Device Clinicians for appropriate documentation.
• Integrate a knowledge base from physiology, pathophysiology, and cardiac device function to perform competent evaluations, diagnostic reviews, and overall analysis through remote monitoring.
• Recognize abnormal functions of pacemakers, defibrillators, ILRs, and CRT devices, and escalate appropriately to Rhythm’s clinical team for timely notification to the following provider.
• Communicate with Rhythm’s clinical team regarding CIED function and diagnostic data through accurate, professional, and standardized documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Protected Health Information (PHI) standards/protocols.
• Support and contribute to Rhythm’s patient-centered care philosophy: Every team member is a caregiver whose role is to meet the needs of the patient.

Clinical Support Specialist

Sales Development Rep

• Work a focused ICP list—segment prospects by persona, pain, and trigger events to maximize relevance.
• Run multichannel cadences—email, phone, LinkedIn, personalized video—to create net-new meetings.
• Position Rhythm’s value—tie platform capabilities to the real-world problems associations face.
• Partner with the BDR Manager to refine tactics—review call recordings, practice objection-handling, and tweak sequences for higher reply and conversion rates.
• Share wins and lessons with the team—post effective email templates, call snippets, objection responses, and data insights so everyone levels up together.
• Qualify every conversation—confirm budget, authority, need, and timing; log clean notes in HubSpot.
• Book and hand off intro calls to Account Executives, ensuring calendar hygiene and context.
• Continuously refine data—flag ICP changes, bounce-back cleanup, and contact-role shifts to keep lists fresh.
