Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer base in the Southeast
Utilize existing relationships in clinics and within industry to drive leads, meetings, and meaningful conversations
Drive a strong, healthy sales pipeline with expansive opportunities through the sales continuum
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track sales pipelines and report on progress to Senior Leadership
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align internal resources with external product objectives and ensure successful market delivery
Report to the Head of Sales and Corporate Accounts as an individual contributor
Travel approximately 10-15 days per month (mileage covered)
Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience in healthcare
5+ years of sales expertise in Cardiology/Electrophysiology, or Cardiac Remote Monitoring Devices (Pacemakers/ICDs/Loop Recorders)
Consultative sales mindset
Experience with a longer sales cycle
Strong existing relationships with Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists in the Southeast
Strong knowledge of the cardiology clinics and landscape in your region
Ability to work autonomously without heavy oversight
Thrives in a client-facing sales environment with enthusiasm for driving business growth
Understanding of the Cardiac Remote monitoring market and ability to compete against competitors
