About the role
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent.
- Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Source, engage, and assess top technical talent.
- Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts.
- Maintain a core KPI of 3 hires per month.
- Report directly to Rho's Head of Talent; role may lead to a full-time opportunity after the contract.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for unique roles.
- Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and excellence in every detail.
- Willingness and ability to work from your local office 5 days/week.
- Application requires confirmation of legal authorization to work in the US and visa sponsorship status.
