About the role
- Manage all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including addressing related issues and auditing expenses.
- Prepare and process customer and vendor invoices, as well as partner and sales commissions.
- Prepare financial reports to provide insights and track performance.
- Reconcile accounts on an as-needed basis.
- Independently handle a variety of administrative tasks to support management and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update internal systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Generate and analyze company reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Review and audit time-tracking records for accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors.
- Address general HR questions and provide solutions for HR-related matters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and spreadsheet tools.
- Familiarity with HR operations and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers.
- Preferred: Experience in a similar role with combined HR and bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Preferred: Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
