About the role
- Maintain product governance across all enterprise systems, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Oversee new product and price book creation, including manual and automated processes
- Support decommissioning and replacement of outdated product codes, coordinating with business and technical teams
- Monitor systems for process governance and integration failures, providing timely support and resolution
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure product codes are mapped correctly across Salesforce, STUI, Sage, and other platforms
- Lead efforts to map current customers to new and decommissioned products, ensuring continuity and accuracy
- Support out-of-process mapping for interim workflows, including manual matching and exception handling
- Partner with Customer Service to drive adoption and serve as the backbone of catalog-related changes
- Validate product code structures, ensuring compliance with character limits and unit of measure standards
- Maintain audit trails and support reporting needs across operational and financial systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product catalog management, sales operations, or ERP/CRM systems
- Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, Enviroware, and STUI
- Waste Industry knowledge, highly preferred
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, pricing structures, and integration workflows
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with data governance, mapping logic, and change management processes
