Manager

• Maintain product governance across all enterprise systems, ensuring consistency and compliance
• Oversee new product and price book creation, including manual and automated processes
• Support decommissioning and replacement of outdated product codes, coordinating with business and technical teams
• Monitor systems for process governance and integration failures, providing timely support and resolution
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure product codes are mapped correctly across Salesforce, STUI, Sage, and other platforms
• Lead efforts to map current customers to new and decommissioned products, ensuring continuity and accuracy

• Partner with Customer Service to drive adoption and serve as the backbone of catalog-related changes
• Validate product code structures, ensuring compliance with character limits and unit of measure standards
• Maintain audit trails and support reporting needs across operational and financial systems

Product Catalog Manager

Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow non-hazardous industrial waste revenues for Reworld.
• Acquire new business in a blended hunter role.
• Develop and nurture current customer relationships to manage and expand the book of business and minimize customer defection and/or churn.
• Input, communicate, and oversee the monthly forecast and annual budget process for assigned facilities, direct accounts, and third-party environmental service companies.
• Follow established contracts, credit, pricing, procedures, and documentation protocols.

Solution Sales Manager

Electrical Engineer

• Reporting directly to the Director of Electrical Engineering, the Principal Engineer will be responsible for Electrical engineering design aspects of capital projects and facility upgrades
• Electrical design support for Planned outages, and design requirements related to equipment troubleshooting
• Business development/expansion projects at various operating facilities
• Lead, manage and execute multiple electrical projects/programs in the network
• Provide subject matter expertise and lead cross functional teams while driving technical standardization as a guardian of certain Electrical Design Standards for Reworld
• Act as a primary Electrical Engineering SME to the business

Principal Electrical Engineer

Director

• Lead a multi-member PM team (growing headcount).
• Working with landowners, lessors, and company owners on development or acquisition of property.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage large capital budgets across multiple sites.
• Address safety, permitting, regulatory, and environmental risks.
• Work with engineers, architects, manufacturers, and subcontractors.

Senior Director, BD & PM – MPF Network Expansions

• Reporting to the Market Area Vice President as a senior leader in Reworld’s East region
• Manage waste procurement and associated fuel contracting risk management strategies across a market area asset base of facilities
• Develop, manage, and supervise merchant activities for company-related assets in the NJ and Metro NY market area and assist other Market Area Directors as required
• Develop and execute market area strategies that optimize asset value generation
• Responsible for community engagement and interaction associated with the market area
• Coordinate activities across operational, financial, legal, and business development departments
• Manage municipal contracting opportunities; direct multidisciplinary teams to evaluate bids and coordinate successful bid responses
• Manage, negotiate, and execute contracts with existing and prospective senior municipal and commercial clients
• Perform market strategy, competitive analysis, financial budgeting and forecasting, develop proformas, and manage profit and loss for business units
• Support mergers & acquisitions activities and commercial deal execution where applicable
• Work-from-home with approximately 50% regional (NJ/NY Metro) travel required

Senior Director, Market Area

• Grow new business by attracting large and high-profile industrial prospects
• Serve primarily as a hunter role for multiple Reworld Waste and Reworld Environmental facilities in assigned region
• Identify and qualify prospects; research and analyze sales options
• Identify and manage all steps of the RFP process
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Company’s service lines, pricing structures, and sell additional services to existing customers
• Utilize REWORLD-directed CRM daily; schedule and document calls, meetings and proposals
• Regularly meet with Sales Director to review customer retention, relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key accounts
