About the role

  • Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Promoting products and services
  • Work closely with marketing and development team to create and execute sales plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction is met
  • Identify potential customers and establish relationships with key decision makers through research, referrals, and networking
  • Provide product and service information to clients, respond to inquiries, and address customer concerns
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while delivering excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Positively and deliberately engage with colleagues to develop and execute effective sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or commensurate experience, and/or training
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferably, in a healthcare revenue cycle management company
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel to attend industry events and meet with clients as needed
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and grittiness as you join Revology in an early phase of our start-up journey.
