About the role Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth Building and maintaining relationships with clients Promoting products and services Work closely with marketing and development team to create and execute sales plans Ensure client satisfaction is met Identify potential customers and establish relationships with key decision makers through research, referrals, and networking Provide product and service information to clients, respond to inquiries, and address customer concerns Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers Negotiate and close sales deals while delivering excellent customer service Collaborate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Positively and deliberately engage with colleagues to develop and execute effective sales strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or commensurate experience, and/or training 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferably, in a healthcare revenue cycle management company Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to travel to attend industry events and meet with clients as needed Ability to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and grittiness as you join Revology in an early phase of our start-up journey.
