Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in Microsoft technology focused Professional Services, or SAAS.
- A hunter’s mindset – you love the chase and excel at opening new accounts.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and confident working independently.
- A natural connector — personable, gregarious, and skilled at building trust.
- Strong communicator with persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.) to manage pipeline and reporting.
