About the role
- Automate all processes using n8n, virtual assistants, GPT and other AI tools.
- Setup GTM infrastructure (Hubspot, Clay, Apollo automations) and cold email infrastructure (Smartleads, Instantly); able to send 10,000 cold emails/day.
- Manage influencer/creator marketing and calculate/manage CPMs.
- Build and manage lightweight financial models to inform budgets.
- Partner with leadership on cross-functional projects to drive experiments, plans, and processes to completion.
- Own internal ops: improve team workflows, manage office and vendors, coordinate ad-hoc tasks (ordering snacks, legal documents, launches).
- Setup 1,000 cold email accounts for cold outbound and ETL processes between product database and Snowflake.
- Structure product feedback from GTM calls for R&D and work with success team on customer operations.
Requirements
- 1-4 years into your career — likely from another startup.
- Likes to jump around; wants to automate yourself out of a job to move onto the next problem/opportunity at Replo.
- Comfortable with Python/scripting work (with or without GPT) to get stuff done.
- Proficiency with Typescript (some level of proficiency expected in interview process).
- Fast learner who thrives on feedback and moving quickly.
- Strong communicator across Slack, async docs, and live conversations.
- Organized and able to prioritize competing projects.
- Resourceful — can figure things out yourself and know when to ask meaningful questions.
- Technically fluent and able to communicate cross-functionally, especially with those in technical roles.
- Experienced in conducting candidate interviews.
- Excited about coming into the SF office 3 days/week.
