About the role
- Build Replit’s content engine: write, experiment, iterate, and scale content production
- Own end-to-end content strategy aligned to customer growth and acquisition goals
- Partner with product, growth, sales, and community teams to turn launches, customer stories, and product insights into standout content
- Research the B2C and B2B buyer journey and write/edit high-quality content across formats (landing pages, product explainers, customer stories, blog posts, sales collateral, newsletters) that drive traffic and adoption
- Build and maintain a scalable content framework, process for content creation, and an editorial calendar
- Use data, SEO/GEO, and experimentation to refine content and formats for maximum reach, clarity, and conversion
- Collaborate with and manage freelancers or agencies to scale production without losing authenticity
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, strategy, or growth at high-growth startups
- A track record of creating content that educates and converts across both business and technical audiences
- Experience with SEO/ GEO, growth loops, and content distribution, with a data-driven approach to content performance
- Ability to context-switch between scrappy execution and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for making complex ideas simple and engaging
- Bonus: experience creating content for PMs, Designers, Entrepreneurs, Sales, Marketing & Operations teams or experience with GEO
- Ability to work from our Foster City, CA HQ 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Willingness to relocate near our Foster City, CA Office if not currently in the Bay Area
