Collaborate with the content marketer to align campaigns with content strategy and nurture sequences
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, reporting results and actionable insights to the team
Manage and optimize our marketing tech stack, ensuring smooth integration between tools
Test and evaluate emerging marketing tactics and technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve efficiency and outcomes
Partner with sales to ensure lead quality, smooth handoff, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
Build scalable, repeatable processes for campaign creation, tracking, and reporting
Requirements
You have 3-5 years of experience in a demand generation role
You’re a data-driven marketer with a knack for turning insights into action
You thrive on generating leads, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable growth
You’re comfortable wearing many hats—campaign architect, analytics detective, and strategic partner to sales
Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to work independently and prioritize effectively
Proven track record with demand generation strategies (paid media, SEO/SEM, email nurturing, partnerships, webinars, etc.)
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Ability to design and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Comfort with A/B testing, experimentation, and iterating quickly based on performance data
